Start with one viewer action

Finish the sentence: “After watching, the viewer should…” Perhaps browse a new collection, explore colours or ask for advice. Choose one primary action. It defines the ending and helps you decide which scenes belong in the film. Specify where it will appear: a product page and an ad for a new audience may need different openings.

Build a three-part story

For a first draft, try 0–3 seconds for a visual question, 3–11 for developing the idea and 11–15 for the product and next step. This is a working template, not a promise of performance. A fragrance film might open with light inside glass, move into an imagined landscape and return to the bottle. Leave enough time to recognise the product.

Write what the camera can see

“Premium and dynamic” leaves too much undefined. Describe the object, action, camera and transition: a bottle rests on stone, light passes through it, the camera moves closer and a highlight becomes the next shot. Keep on-screen copy and sound in separate notes. Avoid packing several actions into a two-second scene.

Read it without the voiceover

Do the visuals and titles still explain the product and next step? Then read the voiceover aloud with a timer, allowing pauses. Shorten rushed copy. Sound should add meaning rather than repeat every visible action; essential information should remain understandable when muted.

Define product constraints

List the shape, colour, lettering, scale and contents that must stay accurate. A visual metaphor should not masquerade as evidence of an unverified product property. If the film needs an exact demonstration, plan for real photography or footage within the edit.

Send a usable brief

Include the objective, audience, single message, three or four timed scenes, on-screen text, references and essential product details. Add delivery formats and the desired date. You can also bring NEUROLOOP just the product and goal: the script and key frames can be developed before animation.
