Privacy policy
Updated 7 October 2026.
1. Project and contact
This policy describes information handling for NEUROLOOP at neuroloop.digital and AI video production enquiries. For support and data requests, contact @neurolooper at https://t.me/neurolooper.
2. Information you provide
When discussing a project you may provide your name, Telegram username, contact details, messages, project brief and production assets. Provide only information needed for the project and materials you have the right to share.
3. Website and analytics
The site uses hosting services to deliver pages and files. If Umami Cloud is configured, it records visits and website events without receiving the text of your brief. Hosting, communication and analytics providers may handle technical request information under their own policies.
4. Interactive brief
Brief answers are processed in your browser to prepare a message. The form does not automatically submit an enquiry. You can copy or download the text, or open it in Telegram and send it yourself.
5. Purpose and payments
Information is used to respond to enquiries, agree and deliver work, address payment questions and maintain the site. For checkout, the package, amount, order number, supplied contact and technical customer identifier are sent to Platega. Payment credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not received by this site. The site retrieves payment status and amount from Platega. A secure service cookie lasting up to 30 days enables status checks in this browser. The contact and order number are retained in the provider’s transaction record for order handling and support.
6. Retention and requests
Information is retained for the purposes of the enquiry and project and any required legal retention periods. Contact @neurolooper to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or payment confirmation codes.
7. Updates
The current version remains available on this page. Separate consent is requested where required; browsing alone does not replace it.
