1. Services
NEUROLOOP provides AI video production, including scripts, storyboards, generated scenes, editing and sound. Support and project contact: @neurolooper at https://t.me/neurolooper.
2. Agreeing a project
Before payment, agree on the brief, deliverables, formats, timeline, stages, revisions and usage rights in writing. Work outside the package is agreed separately.
3. Packages
Start costs RUB 6,800 per film. Content pack costs RUB 27,000 for one month of work. Production costs RUB 67,500 for an agreed project scope. Package details appear on the payment page. Payments are one-off, with no automatic renewal.
4. Payment availability
Agree the project, choose a package, review its details and total, enter your contact, accept the terms and select Pay to open Platega. The site submits the package price without adding its own surcharge. Payments are one-off, without subscriptions or automatic renewals. After returning, the site checks payment status with the provider. Save the order number and send it to @neurolooper to link payment to your project. If charged without confirmation, contact support before paying again. Do not pay for a project that has not been agreed.
5. Production and delivery
Work starts after scope approval, receipt of required assets and payment as agreed. Start delivery is 5–7 days after these conditions are met. Other timelines and stages are agreed before payment. Files are delivered by the agreed method, such as a download link shared through Telegram.
6. Materials and rights
The customer must have rights to supplied materials. Usage rights, source-file delivery and third-party restrictions are agreed before payment. Portfolio publication of customer work is agreed separately.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Contact support with the package, date and circumstances of your order. Cancellation, defects and refunds are considered according to completed work, agreed terms and mandatory applicable law. Digital delivery does not by itself remove customer rights.
8. Results and revisions
The deliverable follows the agreed brief. Specific views, sales or commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Revisions follow the package and agreed scope. Changes to an approved concept are discussed separately.
9. Updates
The privacy policy explains information handling. Documents remain linked in the footer. Updating this page does not automatically change an already agreed order.
